Meet Bob Goody, CEO of Rural Missions
This charity exists to equip and encourage small and rural churches across the UK to thrive in God’s mission. We believe rural churches hold deep relationships, community trust, and huge missional potential, but often lack the support and resources they need. Our work builds practical systems, networks, and tools that release vision and spark local ownership, helping churches grow younger, reach their communities, and step confidently into all God is calling them to. My mentoring through GE has been transformative, giving me both the clarity and confidence to lead Rural Missions at a national level. The support received from Roy Crowne’s big-picture guidance to ongoing coaching from Richard Street helped me think strategically, navigate challenges, and build healthy structures for growth. GE provided the environment, community, and encouragement that strengthened his leadership, sharpened his vision, and ensured I was not pioneering alone.
