After an early career in corporate IT, Stephen developed a passion for helping organisations improve their day-to-day operations. Working with leading organisations across a range of industries he supported management teams in confirming their vision and goals, and then developing an understanding as to how people, processes and technology best delivered them. He would then help transform theory into reality by defining and supporting change programs to deliver renewed and refocused businesses. His role then evolved into that of a coach, in which he would work with individuals to identify and develop skills and capabilities for both personal and corporate success.

Taking early retirement, he now enjoys a portfolio existence that includes painting, listening to children read, being a school governor, working as a kitchen hand at Christian retreat centre and serving as a worship leader in his local church and the local Filling Station, as well as being husband to Susie and father to 2 grown up sons.
