Nathan is a Student Success Practitioner, Higher Education Consultant, and Public Speaker based in London, United Kingdom. His academic journey began with significant challenges; once labelled an “at risk” student, he overcame both personal and academic setbacks to earn a First-Class Honours degree in Economics and Marketing. His remarkable transformation led to national recognition as one of the Top Ten Most Outstanding Graduates in the UK, celebrated at the House of Lords.

He is the founder of The Educate Group, an organisation that partners with universities to improve student retention and success. Through this work, Nathan supports institutions in developing strategies to identify and assist students who may be at risk of disengagement or dropping out. In addition to his consultancy, he works as a speaker, sharing his experience and expertise with institutions that are striving to better support underrepresented or struggling students.
