Paul Harvey is a passionate, performance-oriented, strategic leader with a background in law providing expertise across all areas of transformational change, growth and development.

He has a wealth of experience as Managing Partner at the leading regional law firm Morr & Co. Over a period of 15 years he has transformed the firm to one that is financially very strong through complete business analysis and strategic planning to increase areas of business. The firm is now one of the leading law firms in the region and won the Surrey Law Society Firm of the Year Award for 2 years running. Paul also led the business through a period of significant modernisation of processes and systems to increase productivity and efficiency and delivered coaching and mentorship to junior staff to support significant career progression. Alongside his legal qualifications Paul has enhanced his expertise in coaching and mentoring.

From 2016 to 2025 Paul chaired the Love Wimbledon Business Improvement District, a not-for-profit, limited company connecting more than 600 businesses including retail, offices, leisure, culture, entertainment, and hospitality. He was an elder at Morden Baptist Church from 1986-2008, then chairperson from 2012-2019. From 1994-2010 he was a board member at British Youth for Christ.
